Festival Event Package: (small to medium size event) Deposit
Our festival event package range from £400.00 to £2500.00
Hire includes industry standard Steel Deck modular stage units 8′ x 4′ units to make an event stage at a range of sizes, which can be built 2 feet or 3 feet high.
Stage trussing canopy to fit any stage performance area, using OPTI Trilite 200 aluminium trussing sections, and PVC sheet panels, this makes our staging systems a very flexible product.
F.O.H system would include digital audio mixing desk, multicore, power amps, F.O.H speaker staxs, 4 x foldback channel monitors, vocal microphones, drum microphones, direct injection boxes and all the line cabling and stands.
Stage light system would include, lighting mixing desk, 16 led parcan lamps, all the cabling, and stands.
By adding this product to your cart you are paying a £50.00 deposit for a event stage package for your event.
You will be able to add your detail, ‘invoice address’ ‘delivery address’ and contact details
An unique product will be added to our website for you to view all the details, and in accordance with our terms and conditions for you to pay the balance when due
A sales invoice will be forwarded to you well before your event date for you to view all the costing and check all the details. You can also use the sales invoice to pay your balance via cheque, bank fast transfer, PayPal email address, or cash, all the payment details will be on the sales invoice.
A member of the Orange Audio sales team will contact you with regards to obtaining the more details of your event regarding additional products and services not included in website product listing
The costs for any charge for delivery/collection, special setup or dismantle arrangements. which have not been included on the product listing.
The costs for any crew members, sound tec, lighting tec, stage management or secure staff, which have not been included on the product listing.
The cost for any additional equipment such power generator, power cables, stage lifts, steps, stage rumps, barriers, or any items not listed in the product listings.
The costs for any display products such as flags, banner, barriers or fencing, which have not been included on the product listing.
The costs DO NOT include any charge/s for site surveys, logistics, health & safety or risk assessment reports
We are happy to offer you a costings for additional items staff and engineer/s, as well as any additional items such as written reports you might require for your event.
